Focused on product functionality and quality enabling great UX and UI, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of Backbone Product Teams. You will be focused mainly on the first stages of the Customer Lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, and conversion)
Responsibilities
- Take tactical and strategic decisions on the product, delivering solutions, and determining the product roadmap.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with stakeholders across the product and business organization
- Build business use cases and define requirements/wireframes for new feature enhancements, products, and services
- Prioritize all your component-related issues so your team is always working on the most impactful projects and overseeing and backlog execution.
- Define success criteria & metrics (OKRs and KPIs) for your team's work, and positively impact those metrics.
- Deliver modern, simple, and elegant experiences and give the customer a voice.
- Deliver amazing onboarding experiences that match the customer's goals
Profile
- Proven track record leading, managing, coaching, and developing a team.
- Excellent communicator of product decisions and know the rationale behind them with strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Problem solver. Organizational skills with the ability to juggle simultaneous tasks and projects in addition to daily “run-sustain” duties.
- Able to deal with pressure and experience using sketches, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications to communicate requirements.
- Team-first attitude and have developed techniques to ensure your teams are happy, motivated, and productive.
- Customer-centric individual knowledgeable about, or experienced in Digital Marketing Softwares or Saas
Nice To Have
- Background in SaaS or real-time communications projects.
- Knowledge and practical experience using Product Management Software (Jira, YouTrack, Productboard, etc).
- Proven track record working as a product manager in high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Technical expertise and coding concepts (HTML, CSS, Sketch, source control, SQL, etc)
- UX and Assurance expertise (User Research, Product Design, Functional Testing, etc)
- Experience in Product Discovery and Prioritization models or techniques (Rice, ICE, MoSCoW, etc )
- Experience working with Agile frameworks and Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc)
